The Rock Wood Fired Pizza and KZOK are proud to present the School of The Rock Battle of the Bands. High Schools throughout Western Washington are invited to compete against one another for the chance to win $10,000 for their school’s band program. Use the prize money for new uniforms, new instruments or the biggest pizza party in the history of pizza parties, it’s up to you!
Say goodbye to Mozart and Beethoven as we’re giving you the chance to rock. High schools can pick any song from the “classic rock” genre, put their own twist on it and blow our listeners’ socks off. We want the most unique interpretations you can muster so include the orchestra, choir, jazz band and step team, there are no limits to your performance!
