 My name is Phil See. I'm a musician of more than 30 years (okay, I'm a geezer rocker) and a long time listener of KZOK. I have a home recording studio and website www.philsee.com and I populate it with all original tunes that are absolutely free for anyone to download if they like them, no strings attached. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2002 but in spite of this, I kept on playing as a hobby and now, as therapy because I play all the instruments on my tunes. I'm involved with a couple of MS related organizations and now share my site with them with the intent to spread inspiration and a glimmer of hope and determination to others with this disease. KZOK is a great radio station, in the early years, you introduced me to great new influences and their tunes and now you remind me of those great songs that helped me grow as a musician.
With bands like The Who, The Beatles, Cream, Led Zeppelin, Bad Company, Jimmy Hindrix and Deep Purple,how can you go wrong? Well, you can't, and especially when you've got the Bob Rivers show too. Thanks, KZOK for my lessons in legendary bands 101. You rock! |
