Mike Jones

Mike Jones is executive producer of The Bob Rivers Show. A veteran of more than 20 years in Seattle radio, Mike has divided his time between KZOK and KISW, where he served as music director during the heyday of the Seattle music scene, helping promote local bands to worldwide prominence. On his ground-breaking variety show "Live from the Stratocaster Lounge," Mike interviewed hundreds of the top acts in rock who often gave rare, intimate live performances. Now he gets the guests for The Bob Rivers Show, where Bob, Spike & Joe put their unique twist on current events and popular culture. Mike lives in Tacoma with his family and a menagerie of animals that includes two dogs and three cats, including Fitz the Dog, a past Bob Rivers Show calendar model. In his spare time Mike helps raise Thoroughbred racehorses on a farm in Kent and is a racehorse owner at Emerald Downs.
