Gary was raised by Jim and Mickey Crow in the small Eastern Washington town of Richland. There, Gary honed his art of collecting dirt and sitting on his bed naked. After graduating from Richland High School, where he was named wittiest, Gary spent two summers playing with assorted fruit.
He attended and was asked to leave Eastern Washington State College, but not before he was awarded a certificate for completely shaving his body.
His radio career began at KALE in Richland and includes stints at: KOL, KISW, KXRX, KMTT and two tours of duty here at KZOK.
World famous for the Billy Idol interview, in which Billy used multiple fowl mouthed verbiage and Crow forgot to hit the mute switch, not believing any human could utter that many banned words in one sentence.
KZOK is simply the best radio station in the free world. No one is better than Bob, Spike and Joe, Steve Slaton, Stacy Ireland and Dale Roberts.
My five favorite groups of all time are:
The Doors
The Beatles
Led Zeppelin
Pink Floyd
AC/DC
If I were not in radio I would definitely have to sell my toe nail collection on eBay.
